What hotel should I stay at?
We’ll be sharing a list of nearby hotels to suit everyone — families, couples, and solo travelers alike. Each option is close to the venue so getting to and from the celebration will be easy and stress-free. Choose the style and budget that best fits your stay.
When should I arrive in Rome?
We’ll share a full itinerary soon, but plan to arrive in Rome a few days before the wedding. Our celebration is on July 27, and we’re hosting a welcome cocktail from 5–7 a few days earlier. Arriving early lets you settle in and enjoy all the festivities
What is there to do in Rome?
Rome, the Eternal City, offers something for everyone — from breathtaking historical sites and world-class art to unforgettable food and wine. Whether you love exploring ancient ruins or lingering over aperitivo, there’s plenty to enjoy. We’ll soon share our favorite spots from recent travels to help you plan your adventures.
Will there be a celebration held in Montreal?
We won’t be holding a separate local celebration — all the festivities will take place in Rome. We hope you can join us there and turn it into a memorable getaway, enjoying good company, great food, and everything this incredible city has to offer.
What is the dress code?
Our ceremony will be in a Catholic church in Rome, so modest attire is required (covered shoulders, no short skirts). The evening celebration is formal. We’ll share more specific guidance soon, but plan to dress elegantly for a day of tradition, celebration, and fun.
Are children allowed to attend?
We’d love for your children to join! One of my fondest memories as a child was being a flower girl at Sonia and Ricardo’s wedding — I had so much fun. We hope to create that same joyful experience for our youngest guests. We’re planning fun activities and supervised care so kids can have a wonderful time while parents enjoy the evening celebration.

Absolutely! We understand that many are traveling far to celebrate with us. We want you to enjoy the day with your loved one, sharing the joy, laughter, and memories of this special celebration.
When should I RSVP?
This is a soft RSVP to help us plan vendors and the celebration. Please select “likely to attend” in the message box by July 31, 2026. Only those who indicate they’re likely to attend will receive a formal invitation. Feel free to leave a note if you’re absolutely certain you'll be celebrating with us!
